CDL BUS DRIVER

Hourly: $17.00

Hours: Part-Time, various schedules during school day hours

Job Description

Our CLC Bus Drivers transport students back and forth between the school and the Released-Time class location using a variety of buses owned by or loaned to our organization. Driver will perform bus inspection before and after each driving day and keep the bus neat and tidy.

  • Possess the ability to keep order on the bus, take charge while maintaining a kind and patient demeanor

LEARNING FACILITATOR

Salary Range: $13,000

Job Description

​​

Role and Responsibilities

Primary Function: An essential support person for online learning success. Supports the learning environment by daily monitoring student progress and serving as the primary point of communication for the virtual course offered by CLC. Communicates with the student in the classroom, by email, phone, or Canvas. Troubleshoots and refers student needs to the proper channels for assistance as needed. Motivates and encourages students who are enrolled in the virtual course(s) offered by CLC. 

 

Essential Duties: 

  1. Committed to student success.

  2. Daily monitors student progress and assists with implementing course strategies to help students in meeting learning objectives and to successfully complete their online course.

  3. Assists students in organizing and prioritizing their time by following the Canvas course schedule and productively participating in their online course (submittal of assignments, projects, tests, etc.)

  4. Updates the program administrators of student progress as needed.

  5. Participates in training as required.

  6. Notifies CLC of any student issues (lengthy illnesses, hospitalization, withdrawals, etc.)

  7. Assists LMS administrator by building familiarity with Canvas navigation and course content.

  8. Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate administrator.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Committed follower of Christ with the heart of a teacher and a willingness to serve public school students of CLC.

Preferred Skills

Written and oral communication; ability to motivate students and relate to students in a positive manner, ability to assist in monitoring the academic progress of multiple students and implement the curricular strategies to promote student success; basic working knowledge of computers administrator(s); demonstrate oral, written and electronic communication skills, organizational skills, supervision and monitoring of students.

OFFICE MANAGER

Job Description

This person will handle office management -- Will serve as leader of the clerical staff encouraging self and others to perform at a level of excellence, being sure office tasks are performed well and timely.  Will have a good understanding of all office positions and their responsibilities and processes.  Will oversee maintenance of office and office equipment evaluating and suggesting changes to phone, service, office machines, software, etc.  Will prepare invoices, receipts, payroll time sheets and deposits for bi-weekly bookkeeping submission.  Will know how to use and train on various databases used in organization's operation.  Will prepare reports for CEO.  Will work closely with CEO to e sure office policies are followed and maintained.  Will also answer phones, perform data entry, filing, prepare and make bank deposits, as needed and will provide support to Chief Executive Officer, Development Associate and Program Directors.

Prog Admin Asst
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Hours: Part-Time, M, Tu, Th 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Description

This person will handle all processes involved with running our programs -- Student enrollment and Consent Form entry, process weekly reports for schools and program volunteers, weekly attendance entry, record monthly driver reports, phone correspondence and coordination with schools, volunteers and drivers.  Will also answer phones, perform data entry, filing, prepare and make bank deposits, as needed. Will support the the board's Prayer Committee activities, provide support to Chief Executive Officer, Development Associates and Office Manager.​
