Board of
Directors.
The Board of Directors of the Christian
Learning Centers of Greenville County (CLC) is vested with the responsibility
for the management and direction of the CLC. The existing Board elects
board members. CLC of Greenville County is an autonomous organization
incorporated under the laws of the State of South Carolina.
In general the role of the Board of Directors may be described as
follows:
Planning and
Policy
Setting CLC's direction by setting its goals and objectives and by establishing
policies to guide the operation of the CLC.
Financial
Development
Funding the planning and policy decisions and insuring that CLC
is adequately financed.
Monitoring
and Sanction
Monitoring the implementation of planning and policy decisions to
insure the achievement of goals and objectives; providing sanction,
enthusiastic endorsement of CLC to the community based
on real achievements and contributions to the betterment of the
community.
